• Classes are $10. ($6 student/senior)
• Class cards are now available! $80 for 10 classes.
• Classes are open to all levels.
• Bring a yoga mat - rentals available for $1
• Bring water and a towel - rental towels available for $1
• Arrive ten minutes early.
• Classes are approximately 90 minutes.
• Practice yoga on an empty stomach.
• We practice in a warm room.
• Be prepared to sweat and unleash your potential.
• Ask questions - the instructors are there for you!
